Comments: Enjoyed all the songs you did in your first set at the Trellis tonight, but especially enjoyed the dropped D song that's going to be on your next CD. In the mid 70's I used to spend a week i the summer at Skiff Lake with my old college freinds Gary and Bette-Jean Stewart --- small world. Maybe I'll see you again someday at the open mic at the Union Cafe in Berwick. Oh yeah, about DADGAD, check out Stan Roger's "The Mary Ellen Carter". I'm pretty sure he played it in that tuning with a capo at the 5th fret.

Comments: James, I heard a cut off your new cd on Sook Yin's show last week. It was nice to hear that you are still busy doing music. Me I'm teaching Mandolin and guitar up here, and am going to start manufacturing solidbody mandolins sometime in the next few years. Man,the touring we did together in the '90s was tons of fun and I remember it all fondly. If you ever make it up here to PG, please call me....250 964 8958...Kerry Krishna

Comments: Jamie! I googled you and low and behold you have a website! You know you must be doing something right when you can be googled and there you are at the top of the page. I can't resist the opportunity to forever immortalize myself by signing your guestbook. It's always a stompin' good time to hear your live performances. That wow! wow!thing in "Telepathetic" makes me dizzy. I like being dizzy. Keep on keepin on James! Wednesday night is the rockinest night of the week for me. My barely used Strat, amp, and my throbbing ear drums all thank you.

Comments: Hi Jamie & 'friends', Just sending a little note from the frozen Arctic to say thanks for the fantastic music that keeps us going during these dark, dark, times north of the Arctic circle! Can't wait to dance up a storm this summer when we ooze back to the East Coast again!

Comments: Jamie, You probably didn't see me at your show. I was sitting in the corner next to the charming wife of the good looking big guy with the beard. You know how it is when you get to be a public figure, there are some places that you just can't be seen, like downstairs from a strip club. It would be useless to tell the opposition that I was really in the music club downstairs. I was delighted by your performance. I was so excited. The next time you are in Ottawa, I want you to come out to my place and play a few tunes for me. I'll buy the beer. I think you are on to a good thing. Keep up the good work. Paul

Look forward to hooking up again next time I'm out east, and perhaps we'll be able to even jam a bit... Lovin the disc man... lovin it. Safe home..

Comments: Yo Jamie! Welcome to upper-Canada. Careful crossing the street 'cause the drivers here are hell-bent on getting to where they're going, unlike in Novie where they all have fog clouding their minds. I can't wait to see your Zaphod Beeblebrox show. The last time you played here I was eleven and had to be invited in as a special guest. This time, I'll be up front and centre. 1600 ISO film, baby!

(The only reason I won't be at this one is because I'm on the other side of the world) The last one was a blast with 60+ of Jamie's biggest fans.
